At Lone Reps, every item is made specifically for your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong product

Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@lonereps.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer size exchanges.

Sale Items

Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
